GM Recalls Corvette Models to Fix Roof Panel

General Motors is recalling certain Corvette models equipped with removal roofs. The adhesive between the roof panel and the frame could separate and could detach from the vehicle, possibly causing an accident.

Dealers will install a newly-designed roof panel free of charge when the recall begins in January 2010.

Affected models are 2005-2007 Corvette and 2005-2006 Corvette Z06s with removable roofs.
